Eagle Eye Software
Eagle Eye Digital Video brings video timing into the modern age.
Now in an easy to use Windows environment, fully automatic
timing is a reality for every budget. Eagle Eye meets and
exceeds collegiate and high school F.A.T. requirements. Eagle
Eye software uses high-end deinterlaced technology to capture
and replay finish line video at 60 frames per second, making
Eagle Eye not only legal with high schools and the NCAA, but a
true one of kind in the sport of track and field. For additional
detail of this product, select the Software link on the left of
this page.
Analog to Digital Converter
The ADVC110 acts as the intermediate step between the analog
video signal from the finish line camera and the digital
firewire cable that connects to the computer. The ADVC110 is a
professional grade converter field tested and proven not to drop
frames and is the only product of its kind that Eagle Eye
Digital Video promotes with its timing systems. This item is
powered by an IEEE 1394 FireWire connector. No additional power
source is required if using a desktop computer. If your timing
system runs on a laptop computer you will need to purchase the
additional power source. For additional detail of this product,
select the products link on the left of this page.
Timing Scope
The Timing Scope combined with the Eagle Eye software, a video
camera and digital converter, to produce the simplest, most
reliable and affordable Fully Automatic Video Timing system
available today.
At the beginning of the race, the Pyro Bright Flash timing
device is pointed at the starting pistol and is automatically
triggered by the flash the cartridges inside the pistol produce.
The video camera is positioned at the finish line and captures
the athletes as they cross the line. The timing interface adds a
time-code overlay to the video feed from the video camera. This
interface is captured by the Eagle Eye Digital Video program on
your computer. At the end of each race, the captured race is
labeled and played back automatically starting at the position
you began capturing. (No more rewinding video tape!) The times
and places for each athlete are read.
Cable
This cable runs from the finish line camera to the computer that
is running the Eagle Eye software. The GR59 cable with is fitted
with male RCA plugs on each end. The Silver package
includes two 100 cables for a total distance of 200 feet.
