What to do if your imported video appears distorted

Occasionally imported video appears distorted as depicted in picture one below. This can be fixed quickly by hitting the ENTER key to bring up an option box.  Uncheck progressive Scan (as shown in picture two). Hit the ENTER key again and your video will appear clear.

Picture 3: Hit ENTER once again.
